We would like to share this two very valuable information on why our projects were sold easily.

Firstly, the houses we build are made of standard materials which are typical of a well-built and well-structured house. Meaning, the steel bars used are of standard-sized and the quantity of steel bars in every column (verticals) and every beam (horizontals) are what was required and designed by the Structural Engineer.

The foundation footing being the core of every building/house, had to be imbedded deep enough to keep the house well-grounded which if not taken seriously, could be a major cause of wall cracking and ultimately the weakening of all the foundation.

Our Engineer always makes it sure that this foundation laying process has to be followed carefully.

Second, we build houses as if it were our own, no gimmicks, no cheats, no frills, and no shortcuts.

A house is a lifetime investment and therefore we can’t afford to take advantage of people just for the sake of making money and peace of mind.
